In recent years, the Company has focused on the residential appraisal market, specifically in the Metropolitan Toronto and York Region area, as well as the fringe areas of Simcoe and Durham Regions.
Most of our appraisal business is focused towards the lending community, offering a competitive fee schedule with efficient service and superior quality reports.
Our office is fully equipped with the latest computer software programs designed to meet the current appraisal industry standards. This includes full access to MLS, Assessment Data Records, Teranet/Registry Office Records, as well as data base information on sales activity, new home price lists/brochures, and Municipal Property Data, Zoning and Land Use information.
Our staff includes appraisers which are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA). Each appraiser is fully insured under the various association insurance programs.
Given the large exposure to properties in the region, we have a strong understanding of each sector of the residential market within the area, ranging from simple subdivision homes to million dollar plus homes, custom homes, century homes, rural properties, cottage/waterfront homes, etc.
